And The Best Loved Insurance Broker Is...
Ethical insurance broker, and Roar Marketing client, Prizm Solutions Limited based in Tamworth, Staffordshire. they have been voted the best loved Insurance Broker in the UK in a national on-line survey.
The survey was run as part of a Valentine’s promotion by national business directory and events guide, The Best Of. From the 1st to the 14th February 2010 every time a member of the public showed some love to an exceptional local business and added a recommendation on The Best Of website they were entered into a daily ‘14 Days of Love’ Prize Draw.
Prizm Solutions received 25% more votes than their nearest rival to be voted the best loved Insurance Broker in the UK by receiving testimonials from their valued and loyal customers.
Prizm’s Managing Director, Peter Robinson was delighted at the result saying “We are so grateful to our customers for taking the time to take part in the survey and genuinely thrilled that they value our service so highly. Some of their comments have made us feel very loved!”
Robinson continued “We are an ethical and friendly insurance broker and we take time to get to know our customers; so we can give them the very best advice and service. Our relationship with our customers doesn’t end when they take out a policy; this is when our relationship starts and they know we are always contactable when they need advice or need to make a claim, which is when their insurance broker really shows their worth!”
Prizm is not your typical insurance broker who contacts their customers just once a year when their renewal is due. They have a very proactive approach and keep in touch with their customers regularly, using on-line social networks such as Facebook and the whole Prizm team are avid business-to-business networkers with most of their new customers coming to them through word of mouth, which is the best endorsement any business can have.
