Over the years Roar Marketing's team has organised many events, including product launches, UK and European exhibitions, conferences and corporate hospitality on a large and small scale at events like the Ryder Cup, British Open Golf, Henley Regatta and others. 

What makes us different from other event oganisers is that we can not only find the best venue for your conference or event, but we can also handle your event marketing and work with you to ensure that your event meets your goals. 

Yes we will do all the normal event organising activites such as send out invitations, handle all the liaison with your venue, take bookings, produce stage sets and audio visual production even live video recording and playback and handle all your arrangements before and during your event.

But we will also help you with producing your slides, Agenda's, the content of your presentations and any speaker training you may need.  We can also arrange competitions to keep your delegates engaged throughout your event, arrange speakers, ideas for workshops, room theming, team building and entertainment.

The dreaded task of most events is the evening dinner table plan and people who regularly hold events will know what we mean by that!
