Within a few weeks Firstaid4sport had a three year strategic plan with goals, timescales and a strategy for further growth. We now have a rolling three year plan and the Directors are confident that the strategy formulated with the help of Roar Marketing will produce turnover and profits to meet the goals set by the shareholders.
